Herby Garlic Air Fryer Potatoes
Perfectly crispy potatoes made with minimal prep work! Lots of herbs and garlic to elevate the versatile and humble baby potato.

- 1 lbs Baby potatoes
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Freshly chopped herbs
- 1.5 tsp Sea salt
- .75 tsp Freshly cracked pepper
- 4 cloves Garlic - grated or finely chopped
In a large bowl, toss together the potatoes and rest of the ingredients.
Place potatoes in the basket of the air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Try not to overload the basket, if needed cook in batches.
After 10 minutes shake the basket and take the bottom of a mason jar and lightly smash the potatoes.
Air fry for another 10 minutes or until the potatoes are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
