Healthy Creamsicle Popsicles

Homemade, healthy creamsicles for summer! Three different recipes with just a few ingredients. Save money and sugar intake with these fun and easy creamsicle recipes! It's also a great activity for kids!

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Dixi cups or popsicle molds
  • Popsicle Sticks

Ingredients
  

Lemon Lavender

  • 3/4 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Lemon Curd
  • 1/4 cup Whole Milk
  • 1 tsp Cooking Lavender
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Strawberry Basil and Mint

  • 3/4 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Whole Milk
  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 1 small handful Basil
  • 1 small handful Mint
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Raspberry Rhubarb

  • 3/4 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Raspberry Rhubarb Jam
  • 1/4 cup Whole Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients into a blender or mixer and blend until smooth. Poor the mixture evenly into dixi cups or popsicle molds. Insert Popsicle sticks.
  • Freezer for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight.
