Parmesan Herbed Meatballs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic coarsely chopped
  • 1 sm. onion quartered
  • 12 oz. turkey or lean beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley 2 tsp. dried parsley
  • 2 tsp. dried oregano
  • A bunch of fresh basil chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh thympe chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl until well blended.
  • Grease a cookie sheet and preheat the oven to 375. Moisten your hands and shape the mixture into 1 1/2 inch meatballs, carefully adding them to cookie sheet without overcrowding. Bake until meatballs are evenly browned, about 20-30 minutes.
