Course Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Buttermilk
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp freshly group black pepper
  • 3 tbsp fresh chives
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor or blender, process the buttermilk, garlic, pepper, and herbs together until everything is minced and the mixture turns pale green. Add the mayonnaise and yogurt process just until smooth. If desired, thin with additional buttermilk to get the consistency you want. Taste and add salt if needed.
