Cook the Gardein ground beef on the stove according to instructions. When it's completely cooked - add 1/2 cup of water and a packet of low sodium taco seasoning.
As the meat is cooking, melt the cheese in a pot over medium to low heat, stirring continually so it doesn't burn. You could also do this in a crock pot.
Add the meat to the melted cheese, reserving some for garnish later. Mix everything well and continue stirring for another minute or two. Transfer the mixture to a dish and garnish with the remaining beef, jalapenos, and Mexican cheese.
