Mummy Granola Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 apple skin removed and diced
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • Icing
  • Chocolate chips or candy eyes

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Add all of the ingredients together in a large bowl and mix well. Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, scoop the mixture into each mold of the Pampered Chef Snack Bar maker. If you don't have the PF snack bar set, then place the mixture on a greased cookie sheet and try to shape into granola size. 
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the mixture has set and is thoroughly cooked.  
  • Let the granola bars cool. Place the icing in a pastry bag or a Ziploc baggie and cut a small hole in the tip. Do a zig zag shape of the icing on the granola bar. Place chocolate chips at the top of the bars for "eyes" or use store bought candy eyes.
