Mix shrimp potatoes, sausage, and corn together in a large bowl. Drizzle olive oil over it all, add the seafood seasoning, garlic, salt and pepper and mix well.
Add the mixture to a grill basket or divide evenly among 4 foil packets. Pick out the shrimp and set aside.
Place the basket on the grill and cook for about 15-30 minutes (until vegetables are tender) depending on the temperature of the grill. If using foil, fold over to seal packet fully.
5 minutes before the vegetables are done add the shrimp to the basket or foil packets and cook until the shrimp becomes pink.
