Kitchen Love I swear by food prep! It makes my week so much easier. As a working mom, my weeks are so incredibly busy. Having healthy meals on hand throughout the week gives me more time to do the things I enjoy like working out and spending time with James and Lukas. I keep meal prep pretty simple yet full of flavor with some staples such as homemade pesto and homemade dressings.
