Are you hosting Easter this year? If so, I have an Elegant Easter Brunch Menu and Tablescape that everyone will love. I had so much fun putting this menu together! It’s incredibly elegant but so easy to pull together! A few shortcuts and minimal spending will make it a memorable gathering!
How To Host an Easter Brunch

A Simple Easter Tablescape

Let’s start with the tablescape. I placed a simple flower arrangement in the center and mismatched candle holders on each side. I made the flower arrangement myself with greens and ranunculus I purchased at Trader Joe’s. I spent under $10 and had enough to make three arrangements.

For the place settings I used plates and gold silverware that I already owned. However, I did recently purchase the adorable Easter appetizer plates and plastic champagne flutes from Homegoods. A set of four plates was $8.99 and the champagne flutes were $2.99 each. Such a steal! I also recently bough the boho chic placemats from Hobby Lobby for a steal, too!

A great tablescape does not need matching place settings. You can mix and match whatever you have in the cupboard! That’s what I did with the serving platters for my Easter appetizers. I don’t have a matching set of serving dishes so I use a variety of different platters and cake stands. I just keep the color scheme consistent. So fun!

The Brunch Menu

The food was the true centerpiece! This menu is absolutely incredible! So tasty, so easy, and there’s something for everyone! The main dish is a Croque Monsieur Casserole! I served them in adorable mini casserole dishes that I also got at Homegoods. I love how everyone gets their own casserole!

The casserole wouldn’t be complete without a simple arugula salad dressed with a light lemon vinaigrette. The two go together so nicely!

Since this is a brunch menu, I wanted it to be light yet satisfying. I didn’t want anything to be overly heavy. A couple finger food or appetizer style dishes were perfect alongside the casserole! I included deviled eggs, smoked salmon phyllo cups, and for something sweet – a tasty strawberry bruschetta.

All of these appetizers are amazing! The smoked salmon phyllo cups are to die for! They’re so flavorful! These will be at basically every party I throw from now on.
And the deviled eggs are not your grandmother’s deviled egg recipe (although my grandma makes delicious deviled eggs). This recipe has a few extra ingredients and healthy swaps to wow the taste buds!
Not So Evil Deviled Eggs
The strawberry bruschetta was —- oh. my. goodness! So good. The crostini layered with whipped ricotta topped with fresh berries, mint and lemon zest was out of this world!

I used the same strawberry mixture in my cocktail too! I placed some of the chopped strawberries in each champagne flute. Added some white wine and a spritz of tonic water to make these light and delicious strawberry cocktails.
