Sauteed Spinach With Garlic
Sauteed Spinach
Ingredients
- 8 cups spinach
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 1 clove garlic or roasted garlic
- 1 tbsp vegetable or chicken stock
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and spinach and saute for a minute or two before adding the stock. Add the stock and continue cooking until the liquid is dissolved. Add the salt and red pepper flakes before taking off the heat. Serve alongside chicken, fish or pasta.
