- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- Salt pepper, onion powder, garlic salt
- Freshly squeezed lemon
- Lemon zest
- 2 tbsp Rosé All Day Wine
FOR SERVING:
- Kings Hawiann Rolls
- Pickled Onions
- Spinach
- Slaw
Instructions
- Pre heat the oven to 375.
- Combined the buttermilk with the seasonings in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl combine the corn flakes, bread crumbs, seasonings, and flour.
- Seaonson the chicken well. Dip in the buttermilk mixture and then in the bread crumb mixture. Shake any excess off and then dip in the buttermilk mixture again and once more in the bread crumb mixture. Dipping the chicken twice will allow it to get extra crispy in the oven. Lay on a sprayed baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
For the aioli:
- Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix well. Drizzle a little on the bottom of each Kings Hawaiian Roll and again on the top of the chicken. Use a variety of your favorite condiments. I especially love spinach and picked onions with these sliders.
