I've Got Sunshine Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 fresh peach
  • 1/4 fresh grapefruit (skin removed)
  • 1/2 fresh orange (skin removed)
  • 3/4 cup no sugar added yogurt
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 2 handfuls spinach

Instructions
 

  • Mix all of the ingredients together and add your favorite toppings. I like granola, coconut shavings, and chia seeds.
