  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 3/4 cup no sugar added yogurt
  • 1/4 cup almond or coconut milk

Instructions
 

  • Mix all of the ingredients together and add your favorite toppings. I like granola, fresh fruit, and chia seeds.
