Easy Homemade Dressings

I prefer homemade dressings anytime over store bought. They’re so easy to make and taste 10x more fresh. I like to keep mason or canning jars on hand to store the dressings. You can add the dressings to salads, rice bowls, or use as a marinade for chicken and fish. Here are a couple of my favorite dressings I always keep in the refrigerator.

Balsamic Dijon Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp freshly chopped garlic
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

Pour all of the ingredients in a canning jar and shake well.

Asian Sesame Dressing

  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup of sesame seed oil
  • 2 tbsp of sesame seeds
