Easy Homemade Dressings
I prefer homemade dressings anytime over store bought. They’re so easy to make and taste 10x more fresh. I like to keep mason or canning jars on hand to store the dressings. You can add the dressings to salads, rice bowls, or use as a marinade for chicken and fish. Here are a couple of my favorite dressings I always keep in the refrigerator.
Balsamic Dijon Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp freshly chopped garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
Pour all of the ingredients in a canning jar and shake well.
Asian Sesame Dressing
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of soy sauce
- 2 tbsp of honey
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup of sesame seed oil
- 2 tbsp of sesame seeds
Directions:
Pour all of the ingredients in canning jar and shake well.
