Great-grandma’s Crêpe Recipe
This is a childhood favorite of mine. It reminds me of my grandma Moeller. Whenever we stayed the night with her, these were waiting for us in the morning. Now as an adult, I love to make them! You can fill them with sweet or savory items.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of flour
- 1.5 cups of milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp of sugar
- 1tsp of vanilla
- 1 tbsp of oil
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients together. Pour a small pancake size portion into a heated non-stick pan. Cook one side for a minute, flip and cook the other side. Serve with various different fillings such as fresh fruit, jams, or nutella. To make a savory version you can add fresh herbs and or spinach.
