Chocolate Mousse Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp coco powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1 cup almond milk
- Toppings of your choice
Instructions
- Mix all of the dry ingredients in a bowl. Then add the wet ingredients and mix. Divide the mixture up between two mason jars and cover. Let sit for at least 3 hours or overnight. Top with fruit, cocoa nibs, coconut shavings, or any topping of your choice.
