Chickpea Pasta with Truffle Butter 

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of Banza chickpea pasta
  • 2 tbsp of truffle butter
  • 1 cup of peas
  • 1/4 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to season

Directions:

Boil the Banza chickpea pasta according to instructions. In a separate pot over medium heat melt the butter and toss in the cooked pasta and thawed peas. Drizzle with olive oil and freshly grated Parmesan. IMG_2894
