Chickpea Pasta with Truffle Butter
Ingredients:
- 1 box of Banza chickpea pasta
- 2 tbsp of truffle butter
- 1 cup of peas
- 1/4 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to season
Directions:
Boil the Banza chickpea pasta according to instructions. In a separate pot over medium heat melt the butter and toss in the cooked pasta and thawed peas. Drizzle with olive oil and freshly grated Parmesan.
