Apricot Horns

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 2 cups flour
  • Apricot filling
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Directions:

Mix the flour, cream cheese, and butter together – using a kitchen aid or hand mixer. Create a large ball with the dough. Refrigerate the dough overnight. The next day, roll dough on floured mat very thin and cut in 2” squares. Place 1/4 teaspoon apricot filling in the center of each square. Fold the corners to create diamonds or envelope. Bake at 350  until light brown – approximately 10 minutes. Just before serving dust the horns with powdered sugar.
