A Show-Stopping Salmon Bagel Bar
Hello Brunch Board! How fun is this Show-Stopping Salmon Bagel Bar?! And hardly any cooking is involved! In fact, no cooking is required. I added some carb-free bagels though which is totally optional! If you’re planning a brunch gathering this will totally impress!
I love all the colors on this board. Heirloom tomatoes, dill, capers, there’s so much color. I love it! I added two different types of smoked salmon; Lox and Hot Smoked Salmon. I prefer the hot smoked, because unlike cold-smoked, it gets cooked all the way through. It’s just nice to give people both options.
Keep it Fresh
The key to this board is making sure everything is fresh – the herbs, veggies, salmon, and especially the bagels. Buy the bagels the morning you plan to have guests over. And if you’re carb-conscious or have guest who are, this bagel recipe is super easy! NOTE: Just substitute almond flour for regular flour. This Salmon Bagel Board would be a great way to celebrate Mother’s Day! If you’re having people over this weekend, it’s a great stress-free way to host! It would also be a great option for a Bridal or Baby Shower Brunch! What You’ll Need
